The pool area is a joke. People reserve sun beds with towels as early as 6 AM, leaving no space for actual guests. Despite the staff handing out towels, no one enforces the rules, resulting in a frustrating experience. The breakfast service is lacking, with no one checking on guests or offering coffee. It feels unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.

With a recent purpose of exploring cultural attractions like the Museum of Brac and the Olive Oil Museum, my stay was quite nice. The room had a fantastic sea view. One highlight was the heated pool, perfect for a dip even when the weather was unpredictable. I really appreciated the attentive service from staff, especially during mealtime when they handled busy periods with grace. It was a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I loved the breakfast at grand hotel view and the beautiful interior. The staff was super helpful and professional. The hotel is close to lovely beaches on brac. The bar serves an very nice pink gin and tonic!

Couple's getaway bliss

Sprung on us was the spa area with a Himalayan salt wall. Just chilling in the saunas made the bad weather disappear. And that view from the balcony was something else man it really took my breath away.

It wasn't cheap but I found it still reasonable given what we experienced.

The Superior Double or Twin Room with Sea View was so spacious and comfy! Loved the sea view right from my balcony and the clean vibe of the hotel. The room was fresh and modern. The beds were really cozy, and the air conditioning was super quiet. A small downside was the bathroom amenities not living up to the room's luxury feel, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Bartender Ivana's cheerful cocktails elevated our afternoons. Some improvements needed include parking fees and breakfast variety! Families will appreciate the spacious rooms and attentive children's activities. Pro tip, book a room on Floor 0 for easy access!

Comfortable double room with spacious terraces for relaxing outside. the room also had all the basics like a nice shower, a hair dryer, and even cozy bathrobes. the staff was really friendly and knew their stuff. I ended up staying for 6 nights and felt well taken care of during my entire stay. 😊

Absolutely mind-blowing experience! The breakfast and dinners were super, with a diverse and tasty selection. All the facilities were new, including the spacious rooms and balconies. Special thanks to the amazing restaurant and reception staff, as well as the General Manager and Deputy General Manager for their exceptional help with our child's allergies. The attention to detail for allergies was jaw-dropping. The hotel is located in the beautiful north of the island, making it the perfect choice. The staff went above and beyond, with the cleaners even cleaning our room when we overslept. The spa was a treat, offering a relaxing experience. The food was top-notch, especially the omelettes and pastries. The hotel maintained a high level of service with a friendly and professional staff. The range of amenities such as the saunas, heated pool, and Himalayan salt wall in the spa were impressive. We were also pleased to see the hotel provided employment opportunities for the local community. an amazing stay that exceeded all our expectations!
